Pregnancy Options Support
You Don’t Have to Face an Unplanned Pregnancy Alone
Unplanned pregnancy is a sensitive issue that we at House of Grace handle with deep compassion and care. We understand that facing an unexpected pregnancy can bring feelings of uncertainty, fear, or overwhelm.
Our goal is to support you as you process your thoughts and emotions, providing a safe and confidential space where you can explore all of your options — parenting, adoption, and abortion — free from pressure or judgment.

Unplanned Pregnancy Support
Discovering you are unexpectedly pregnant can feel isolating, especially if you’re not ready to share the news with family, friends, or your partner.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Our client advocates at House of Grace provide the support and space you need as you process this news and consider your next steps. We offer information, emotional support, and encouragement — helping you take your time to make a decision that feels right for you.
At your initial appointment, we’ll discuss your options and provide factual, compassionate guidance to empower you to make your own choice. You can meet with us as many times as needed — in person or virtually — at no cost.
Our commitment:
It’s your pregnancy and your decision.
We’re here to support you with care, respect, and understanding, regardless of the choice you make.
Your Pregnancy Options
If you are pregnant, your first consideration may be whether to continue the pregnancy. If you choose to continue, your next decision — whether to parent or consider adoption — does not have to be made right away.

Here are the three possible paths you might explore:

-
Parenting – Continuing the pregnancy, giving birth, and raising your child.
-
Adoption – Continuing the pregnancy, giving birth, and placing your child with an adoptive family.
-
Abortion – Ending the pregnancy through a medical or surgical procedure.
We’ll help you understand each option clearly so you can make an informed decision that aligns with your values, beliefs, and circumstances.

Coping With an Unplanned Pregnancy
An unplanned pregnancy can be emotionally intense. You may need time to let the news sink in before you feel ready to make decisions.
Some people find clarity quickly, while others need more time — both are completely okay. It can help to reflect on each option individually:

-
Imagine what your life might look like if you chose parenting, adoption, or abortion — now, in 10 months, and in 10 years.
-
Take a day to focus on one option at a time, noticing how each possibility feels for you.
This process helps you make a choice that’s truly informed and personal to you — one that you can feel confident in, now and in the future.

Remember to care for yourself along the way:
Take breaks, go for walks, spend time with friends, or do something that brings you comfort and calm. Self-care is essential during this time.
Having Someone to Talk To
Many people find it helpful to talk through their feelings with someone they trust — a friend, partner, or family member.
But sometimes it’s easiest to open up to a neutral, non-judgmental listener who will simply be there for you. Our client advocates at House of Grace provide exactly that kind of safe, supportive space.
We’ll walk with you as you think through your options — offering care, respect, and confidentiality every step of the way.
